When you book or contact us we collect what you provide: name, email, phone, service address, access notes, and service preferences. Payment card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor — card numbers never touch our servers.

- To send transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, receipts)
- To operate the satisfaction guarantee and customer support
- To send SMS updates only if you opt in (reply STOP anytime)
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
Who we share it with
Your assigned cleaning professional receives the service details needed to perform the job (address, access notes, service scope) — never your payment information. Service providers we rely on: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and Google Analytics (only after you consent via the cookie banner).
Cookies and analytics
We use a consent banner: Google Analytics loads only after you accept, and you can decline with one click. Essential cookies (your consent choice itself) are the only ones set without consent.
Data retention and your rights
We keep booking records as long as needed for accounting, the guarantee, and legal requirements. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing BNHeard1221work@gmail.com; we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
HTTPS everywhere, payment processing isolated to Stripe, secrets managed via environment variables, and access to customer data limited to staff who need it.
